The starting point for developing a bioclimatic project is determined from the early stages of urban design. Good planning in this phase guarantees the adequate conditions for the smaller scale construction scheme within the development.

 

The sustainable design for the humid tropical climate, where I develop most of my projects, must contemplate green corridors, pedestrian areas, parks and bicycle lanes which represent attractive spaces for the inhabitants, constituting elements for "passive climate control" on a large scale.
